Problem: To brand a borough wide Social Prescribing programme for NHS Tower Hamlets GP Care Group CIC. SP is a service where healthcare professionals can refer patients to the service who can then prescribe additional non-clinical services to improve their health and well-being.
Solution:Using the idea of talking to someone as the concept, I had to brand six networks within the borough individually, yet still have a sense of unity. All the networks were different in both structure and in how they approached patients and I kept this in mind when working on each networks concept.
